“Exceptional. Do not hesitate to book Tru by Hilton St Joseph MI -you will not be disappointed. John at the front desk was welcoming , attentive ,and went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable. Thank you John, you’re a true example of what hospitality should look like! This is an attractive motel inside and out. A very calming and relaxed atmosphere. They offer free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. There is plenty of seating with tables in the main lobby as well as a pool table for guests to enjoy. The rooms are beautifully designed and decorated, the beds are comfortable with clean linen. The rooms also have vinyl flooring- no carpet which in my opinion is much more sanitary. No weird or off putting odor. The cleanliness of the entire motel exceeded my expectations. Great job housekeeping! I cannot comment on breakfast-We had a family emergency so unfortunately we left before breakfast was served. -Leslie ”

“This hotel is very good and clean. Staff here are very very friendly and good. Even the owner Mr. Jay is a wonderful and helpful man. Hotel is very clean, and house keeping makes sure your room is cleaned everyday if you don't put Do Not Disturb sign outside :) Breakfast was simple, good and filling. Only Improvement area is the softness of water. Water is too soft to wash off soap. Rest Everything is great and will definitely love to come back here during next trip.”
