“We had a change of plans and did a quick overnight - the staff was extremely welcoming and did a great job fixing up a room mix up. Definitely more of a resort destination than an overnight but we really enjoyed it. Downside is that it's crowded with lots of conferences and pretty expensive. Beautiful river view from our room and super comfortable accommodation.”

“The door was open when we arrived with the room key. The bathtub had hairs in it, clearly the bath tub had not been cleaned. There was hair in the sink. Clearly the sink had not been cleaned. The bed was very flimsy, cheap and uncomfortable. The room was very old and needs refurbished. ”
