“The staff here is competent and the facilities are decent - the attached restaurant/bar is really great. But the people staying at this place…wow this is a gnarly unsavory group. Young kids shrieking at all hours in the pool, older kids lurking through the hallways in gangs ogling young girls and leaving trash behind them. Loud obese drunk moms in the hot tub screaming f-bombs into their phones with their young kids within earshot. It’s just a dirty unsettling group of people attracted to this place, for whatever reason. Can’t blame the staff, it could just be the St. Cloud effect. Just be ready to hide your kids’ eyes and ears and maybe avoid peak hours at the pool and bar, it’s not pretty. And given all these factors, the place is definitely overpriced.”
