“I had no clue the pet fee was $100 but half is to be refunded. When asked for handicap room, I assumed ground floor. My husband is disabled vet with irreversible lung damage, because of pet, we were on 3rd floor with elevator access which is a no no because if there was a fire or power failure, my husband would not be able to get out as steps is too hard for him with breathing issues. I feel that is discrimination against disabled regardless if there is a pet or not. Soon we will have his service dog papers but that would only help with pet fees not ground floor access. Move pets to ground floor for diabled customers. ”

But this Holiday Inn location has made great efforts to restore things to norm. The pool and hot tub are up and running, the full breakkfast is excellent, and the rooms are clean, yet not obliterated with the fragrances of sanitizers and disinfectants. For early risers a room on the East wall gives way to an early morning sunrise about the time breakfast is sevrved. And theres an option for extra points on your IHG membership if you stay two nights and opt not to have room-service which I almost always do anyway. So unload and relax in a quiet, comfortable, and cleen environment which to me has been greatly appreciated.”
