“09/20/25 Front Desk Associate Harry, Refused to allow entry to my paid in full room for the evening. I asked what was the issue to find out damage claimed to bathroom wall and door knob. In room I hade that paid for and held my personal property not refunding room cost. ….missing anychance to secure a room for the night in Spring. In closing with the exception of night front desk associate the remaining staff professional courtesy, and takes care of business. Now this is still a customer speaking about myself that averages 3 to 5 nights a week at this hotel and would be probably in the top three customers of this hotel be careful what you asked for thank you ”

“The facility is clean, comfortable, accessible, bear a Starbucks, and staff are friendly and efficient. Thus is my second stay and will keep coming back everytime I visit my daughter’s family. It is value for money.. ”
