“The rooms were so close I could hear the conversations next door. As soon as we got off the elevator the entire hallway smelled like smoke. When waking up in the middle of thy night we noticed the floor was wet, some type of leak under the sink”

“I didn't like the fact a cleaning person entered my room when I was dressing, and continued Taking trash and refreshing my towels. When I returned to my room it had not been cleaned! For the most part thought all other staff were very nice and .y bed was very comfortable.. Thank you”

“If you’re looking for 4 stars this won’t be your best option, but when traveling on a budget, this is absolutely your choice, but the best price is only on Agoda.com. The room was a little old, but good enough to rest and go. The staff was exceptional in service. I do feel they should take care of peeling paint and bathroom grout in need of a deep cleaning. This location is central to everything in the city or suburbs. And I felt safe in this area. ”

“My first complaint is my room didn't look like the room advertised. Tub had stains. TV didn't work. Around 12am the new night manager offered his Netflix login which I can say was great customer service ”

“The hotel was clean and the housekeeping cleaned the room everday, which should be the case anyway however US hotels don't alwasys do this. The breakfast on the weekend was a buffet which was good, however on the weekday there were buffett items but you the wamr options you could only order 1 dish. It's about a 20 minute drive to downtown Detroit which was fine considering there is really no traffic. The stay was good.”

“This a poor hotel. The room wasn't cleaned appropriately, never even saw housekeeping during my stay. Some of the front desk staff were as helpful as they could be, others not at all. There were issues with the tub, bathroom sink, and there were dented walls. I moved from one room to another, that was barely better than the first. I did sleep well, & I credit the other guests for being cool during my stay. I don't recommend this hotel at this time.”
