“My room was very clean and I had hot water and good A/C in my room. Neither the gym nor the pool were open when I went there. There's no elevator to the 2nd floor either. The coffee at the breakfast could be improvable, the coffee machine at my room wasn't working either. ”

“Worst hotel experience of our lives. We had a dispute about the television. I reported that the television wasn't working properly and when they arrived to see what I was talking about, they blamed us for breaking the television and said that we were responsible for paying for their $400 television. They even said we dropped it. This was untrue. We had anxiety and wanted to book another hotel because of the way they handled me and my family. Not a good experience and wasn't worth the money.”

“Disappointed in this Marriott hotel. I have never stayed in a Marriott hotel that didn't exceed my expectations until I had the opportunity to stay at this location. The bathroom in my room was not clean, floor was nasty and dust was on the furniture. I couldn't sleep due to the noise from the expressway. Hotel is extremely to close to the expressway to have a restful night.”

“The hotel was clean, the room was good sized, and the breakfast quite decent. I wish I had checked the description better because there was not an elevator and I was with my elderly parents. They had to climb the stairs to the second floor. Thankfully, they were able, but it wasn’t the best experience for them. ”

“It was a comfortable and clean room. It was not the room shown in Agoda, the staff stated that room is the more expensive one. Agoda didn’t send the correct amount over to the hotel so I was asked to pay the taxes and fees to check in. After an hour on the phone, Agoda corrected their mistake and I was able to check in without paying extra. The staff stated that everyone they’ve had use Agoda experienced issues at check-in. ”
