“We reserved two rooms for four nights each. The first room the reservation was just fine. The second room started rough because they put us in a room that had ongoing construction. When we brought it to their attention, they moved us to a second room that was next to, a room that apparently was having a party, so we asked for another room down the hall. The third room we got into was just fine, the only issue was that it had two double beds instead of a king bed. By that time, we were just fine with it. Within five minutes, the staff called us and said they had found a king room and they would like to move us to it , if we were good with that. Once we move rooms, they more than compensated for the previous rooms with a complementary king suite including a Jacuzzi tub in the room. We did not ask for this, but the staff generously helped us out because they felt bad about what happened. That is great customer service. The rooms were nice and clean. The overall stay was very good. Would recommend. Staff was extremely accommodating. ”
