“We often stay in Holiday Inn Express Suites bc we need the sofa bed. This room’s sofa bed was not useable. The staff who checked us in kindly offered that if the sofa bed didn’t work he would bring a roll-away. (That’s a yellow flag to management. Your staff knows it’s bad. Fix it please.) The roll away was awful too. It was like sleeping on 2 box springs. Also, the toilet ran all night. I just don’t expect this bc of our previous experiences with the same brand hotel. I will add, all the staff were fantastic! The young man who checked us in was kind and helpful. The lady sticking the breakfast was kind and on top of that buffet. I hope the management can fix the problems with fixtures bc their staff is great. ”

“Came to see kids and grandkids. Was hoping to take the swimming pool...In door pool closed...no mention o that on website. Asked to have room cleaned 2 x never happened, had to go get my own towel and toiletries. Says 3 days stay will also clean it regardless. Was there 6 nights. Only able to uss front door after dark. Only good things: comfortable bed and good water pressure. ”

“The room was exceptionally clean,comfortable and more than we expected. The staff was kind and accommodating. Last , but not least the breakfast setup was nice.Good hot fresh coffee.”

“The evening staff (Karen) at the desk greeted me warmly when I wearily arrived. She was polite, friendly and professional. The room was lovely; just needs the carpets cleaned and the bathroom tiles replaced because many of them were cracked. Other than that, my stay was pleasant and restful. Love the lamps! ”

“TV had excellent sound; shower had pretty decent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Floors were really clean. Bed was very well used, as the left side was really sunken in, so I slept in the middle since the lamp on the right side didn't work. Weather stripping on the door really needs replacing; light should not be shining into the room from underneath the door! The card swiper on the door may need to be replaced, as well, because it took several tries to get the green light to come on. My stay here was not terrible, overall, but I wouldn't want to stay here for a few days or more. ”

“Woman at desk was wonderful & helpful but the reviews were excellent. The place was si I bad my wife wouldn’t stay there & had to pay for that one & pay for another. I am not happy with Agada app. Have had several issues!”

“For the state of the place it should be cheaper. Mattress was like a board. They wouldn't answer the phone when I tried to call several times. The front desk area is secure, but the door from outside into the hallway to the rooms was not. Looks like it was at one time, but for some reason anyone can walk in from the street! It's an older hotel but it was clean. I think it should be cheaper for what it is.”
