“We loved the spacious room and ability for our 3 kids to spread out. Breakfast was awesome for the fam as well. ”

“You know the credit card Deposit they always take for “incidentals”? An incidental is an unexpected charge. What they do not tell you at check in is that they PLAN to Charge 5 per night to park in the almost empty Lot and call it “recapture” fee. If they know they will charge your 5/night why not add it to the room or tell you when you check in? This is an example of another business, hoping they can sneak a small charge past you to pad their pockets. A true Marriott customer service experience would be upfront. They also do not ask for your Car info so they dont even know if you parked your car there or were dropped off by a friend., took uber etc. Stayed in Marriotts all my life and this is the most underhanded, Sneaky, Scam I have ever seen. Just Try to find the 5 parking information on the website you use to book it and see if it is there or where they buried it. Marriott Seguin you violated my trust and tarnished the Marriott brand. ”

“Sad to say this hotel is not what it used to be. Hardly anywhere to sit in breakfast area, offerings mediocre. Room doors slam loudly when occupants leave. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Bed okay. TV hard to work, no instructions. No frills at this hotel, that’s for sure. Nice, competent people at desk though. We won’t be staying here again.”

“It's a nice place to stay in. Been staying here for the past 3 years when I travel here for work or visit with my family. Cleaning is good, not great, but nothing major. We've never had any problems with the front desk or housekeeping. ”
