“Open house weekend stayed for two nights with 4 adults and two teenagers. The hotel was more like a house party than a hotel with people chatting in the front parlour, others arriving and departing from the well equipped yoga studio and at one point a local musical group playing stringed instruments. Hosts are affable and accommodating. Place is really historically interesting but extremely comfortable. We ate at Katios near the train station for dinner and the Nest for breakfast. Both superb and fun and walkable from the hotel. Just go but stay 2 nights to get the full experience.”

“Room was inexpensive and just what we needed. Our room was clean Heater was loud and walls are thin”

“Booked a non smoking room and was put in a smoking room. I asked to switch my room. He could not do it until my last night on a four night stay. The room smelled so bad and there were burn holes all over the bed spread, among other a”
