“Good location, clean facility with professional staff. ”

“Arrived quite late at night, but the front desk still got me checked in and settled into my room smoothly with no issues — really appreciated that. The breakfast area is more like a canteen (no windows, pretty basic setting), but the food itself was genuinely good, so it more than made up for the atmosphere. There are also a handful of shops and restaurants within walking distance, not a ton of options but enough to be convenient. Great location if you need to be close to the airport, especially for business trips where you're flying out early the next morning. Just note that access to downtown Chicago isn't great, so this is more of a functional stopover than a base for exploring the city. Overall a comfortable, reliable stay for what it's meant for.”

“단기 숙박에는 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 많이 됩니다. 로비는 멋집니다. 객실은 조금 오래되어 리모델링이 필요해 보입니다. 넷플릭스나 인터넷 스트리밍 서비스는 제공되지 않습니다. ”

“Our overall experience was good. Their one-bedroom suite has more than enough space for a family of three. Breakfast is also included.”

“Booked at the last minute, the concierge was very accommodating. However, the room had a little bit of unusual smell and the shower took some time to heat up. It was a good place to rest for a night and also they had a good deal.”

“Best value ”

“It’s a bit distant from the Chicago and the surrounding places but affordably nice stay with good views”

“Decided to stay here instead of downtown chicago because of the price. Hotel had a pool, restaurant, cafe. Both of my little kids slept amazing here. We went to the pool (water was cold) but the hot tub was nice! ”

“The rooms were highly unclean (nothing like the ones shown in the pictures) and the lift smelled of dog poop ”
