“Location was excellent with easy check in. Pool area is unsupervised at all times, can be rowdy with kids and careless parents. There were small ants in our room and toilet didn’t look very clean so cleanliness is definitely an area needing improvement. Cost was high considering what we actually got for weekdays. Would consider staying again based on location if cleaning improves and any problem is resolved.”

“This site was a drive from town, which is okay, but the dehumidifier and window air conditioner were incredibly loud, and there were ZERO towel bars in the bathroom. Plus its window faced East and the morning sun blasted into the room if the door was slightly open. Man who gave us keys was very nice. There was a park-like area in the back (not visible) that looked nice and the pool seemed nice from a distance, but I didn't go to Saugatuck (and pay nearly $200) to swim in a motel pool. They need to fix their HVAC equipment so it's not so loud.”
