The hotel looked nice, but once we got inside our room, there were ants ants, ants ants ants on the wall ants, and the sink ants the toilet we cleaned it off ourselves and just went to sleep because it was pretty late when we woke up the next morning there were ants all over our toiletries we had to throw away our toothbrushes. We could barely take a shower because there were ants on the ceiling. I would not stay here. ”

“They’ve created a fantastic 50’s environment with modern conveniences. Beautiful, very comfortable and spotless. Great pool and hot tub. And inexpensive, especially if you book through a third party. Don't know how they do this and make a profit!”

“The room was very noisy. Beside the noise from outside the building the air conditioner roared like a train going by. The handicap room was not safe. I had to climb into a bathtub in order to shower. Staff was vey pleasant. No free breakfast. ”

“The location can’t be beat and the staff were genuinely kind. I enjoyed the historical charm of the room and the cleanliness was top notch. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a suite, but the design of this room’s windows allow all of the light from exterior street lamps in without any shade to block it out. It was so bright in my room at night I almost could’ve read by it and ir kept me from being able to sleep. So bring your own sleep mask and ear plugs as street noise is also disturbing. ”

“Our family had a wonderful overnight stay at the Hyatt Regency to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Nahir at the front desk welcomed us with a bottle of wine to celebrate. He also recommended several wine tasting places. We just had an issue with the toilet that overflowed on our way our before dinner (this was clean water). But was resolved by their engineering and quickly cleaned up by housekeeping upon getting back. It’s a good location near quaint shops and restaurants. ”

“Clean rooms, great staff, quiet area and not a lot of people (or maybe we couldn’t hear them). However.. I went out to grab something from our vehicle and was approached by a VERY drunk man who I had ignored until I opened my vehicle door, in which he made a B-line straight for me. Acting very creepy and asking for soliciting (if you know what I mean) had to run and get my husband to tell him to either get gone or we would call the cops. If you stay here, I’d definitely recommend ordering anything you need and not going out at night unless you have a weapon of some kind.. everything else was wonderful.”
