“The hotel was beautiful. The room was clean. The location was very convenient to the Plaza and the surrounding areas had a lot of restaurants . The shuttle from hotel was terrific. ”

“The late check in time is pretty inconvenient. I arrived in town at 10am and had to wait until 4pm to check in as they wouldn’t accommodate an early check in. It made for a long day. They also charged an additional amenity fee of $32 that was not mentioned anywhere in the literature when I booked the property. They also accidentally double charged me for the whole room price. The property and location are Amazing though. ”

“Our stay was very nice. The staff was very helpful. They upgraded our room because it did not have a fridge or microwave. No extra charge. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The motels does have a $ 30 per night fee , that the booking agency does not tell you about. But it was all worth it.. It was clean . People were friendly. And it was pretty quiet. Things to do in and around Santa fe were a short distance for anything you might need... restaurants... casino.. My wife and i had a great weekend.!!!”

“Did not know that animals were allowed !! Wife has allergies the smell Aggravated them- so no I would not stay again. Dog smell wa bad”
