“The room was spacious and the furnishings were modern, unfortunately I was there when the elevator, laundry room was out of service, and water service was shut-off do to maintenence for a leak. Not being able to show prior to a very important meeting and climbing the stairs to the 3rd floor as a elderly person was troubling ”

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason. The staff is odd and begins knocking on room doors an hour before check out and will simply open the door if you don’t or can’t answer to see if anyone is in the room. Mind you, checkout is at 11am, and this happened to me on multiple stays when a check out of 12pm was requested. Why this hotel’s staff thinks it’s okay to try to come into guest rooms at 10am when they are scheduled for a late checkout is beyond me, as this happened to me on more than one stay at this hotel. It’s basically just guest harassment. Why staff is bothering guests and opening doors at all before check out is just plain rude to begin with. The hotel is dirty and mostly rundown, poorly staffed and thinks cereal bars count as an advertisement for “breakfast included.” My advice, don’t stay here unless you want to be woken up early with someone trying to open your door over the dirty latch and harassing you about check out an hour before check out time because the staff just wants to clean rooms early or catch someone out of their room and see what’s inside. Do not disturb signs do not exist at this hotel, and late check out requests are ignored. So if you do stay, be sure to safety latch your door during your stay, and especially on on checkout day. ”
