“No staff to check in kiosk didn't work I had to call the hotel no one answered waited for 15 minutes finally someone showed up also I requested 1st floor threw the website when I left I realized that they put me on the 2nd floor .room was very clean the only complaint I had was the black mold on the ceiling and water damage also I reported it on check out ”
