“I recently stayed at Best Western San Bernardino Hotel for two nights and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked into my room, I could tell it was very clean and well maintained. The room even smelled fresh, which immediately made it feel comfortable and inviting. The staff were professional, welcoming, and genuinely friendly throughout my stay. I also really appreciated that they lock the front door at night. That extra layer of security made me feel safe and gave me peace of mind. Breakfast was good and convenient. While it would have been nice to see options like scrambled eggs and sausage or ham, it’s complimentary, so I truly can’t complain. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would absolutely choose to stay here again in the future.”
