“Decent facilities ”

“Very nice overall hotel but located just by railroad crossing where train goes early in the morning and honks. This will for sure wake you up. Housekeeping comes early, only to wake you up , even on the checkout date. So, do not expect to sleep in. Housekeeping only give you clean towels and toiletries without actual cleaning up or making up the bed.TV volume did not work on the tv and our first night and got fixed the next day. Breakfast was ok but without any orange juice availability of orange juice on Saturday and Sunday, On Sunday, they started to clean up right at 10 with people still eating and no consideration.”

“Staff good price good tv not so good ”

“Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful , friendly and polite.. the location is within walking distance to downtown. Overall a five star hotel.”

“I have stayed in Fairfield hotels in other cities, and this one disappointed. Thermostat didn’t work in our room, and had problems with the controls on the unit. Bathroom smell was like raw sewage. Will definitely not stay there again. ”

“Clean & very nice staff ”

“Staff is very friendly. Had interaction with numerous different staff members and they were all helpful and friendly. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both were reasonable size, clean and beds were comfy. If we are ever in San Angelo again and can't stay with family, definitely will be staying here. ”

“We were there due to a medical procedure and The Pearl is perfect location. Only 5 min from Shannon hospital. Exterior access rooms made it easy to get in and out quickly. The interior is great for families and looked like fun.”

“-Nice old house - Friendly caring people run it -Convenient to all San Angelo -every square inch wall to wall, floor to ceiling and every surface (flat, curved or vertical) covered in a n unimaginable array of dolls, collectibles, fake flowers, fabrics, pottery, you name it. If it wasn’t a non refundable prepayment we would have run screaming from the building. BE AFRAID- BE VERY AFRAID ”
