“It has the feel of a place were most of the guests are permanent residents. A lot of people just hanging around in the parking lot. I got a non smoking room that you can clearly smell cigarette smoke. They give you one teeny weeny bar of soap. And for all that you have to put down a 100 dollar deposit that they refund 3 to 5 days later if you use a credit card. It is close to an IHop and a couple of fast food places, but other than that look elsewhere.”

“I will stay again in this hotel.”

“Doors were broken - couldn’t shut them - was switch to smaller bed - did not reimbursed me the difference in money. And have not received the reimbursement of the deposit I was asked of. Bed had hairs and floors were dirty. No I would not recommend this hotel to no one.”

“It's one of the best hotel and service as a near airport hotel. Friendly staff, nice facilities, comfortable room and bed, good shuttle service to airport. One of the best!”

“정말 좋은 호텔이었어요! 총지배인님이 프런트 데스크에 계셨는데 아주 친절하셨습니다. 주차 요금을 내야 했던 건 조금 아쉬웠지만 (사전에 확인하지 않았던 거라 호텔 잘못은 아니에요), 난방이 안 됐었는데 친절한 직원분이 바로 고쳐주셨습니다.”

“Great hotel. Minor issues. In room coffee service could be upgraded - need additional coffee pods, creamer and sugar. No wall-mounted towel racks? Where do I hang my towels? It's these little overlooked attention to detail issues that drive me nuts when paying this much for a hotel room. I plan on staying here again trips in January and February, therefore it would be great to see this little modifications made so this hotel is truly the FIVE STAR facility it advertises itself to be.”

“The Hotel was super clean, rooms were having good beddings and Enjoyed the stay. ”
