“It was a very pleasant & accommodating stay. Very clean and the staff was great. I did encounter a rude staff member who yelled at us while getting breakfast to hurry up.. Mentioned it to the front desk staff and was told they would take care of it. Other then that everyone else was very respectful and nice during our 5nights.”

However, the Wi-Fi was poor and the pool was not up to par. The staff was friendly but not exceptional. The facilities were average. Overall, it was a decent stay, but not worth the price.”

“This was my third time stay at this hotel. Hotel room was clean but no housekeeping next day. I needed to move the room because of no hot water in the bathroom. The location from convention center is kind of close so convenient.”

“The room is gross. When my son tried to get his ball under the bed he found a moldy bread. The carpet is humid and sticky especially those next to desk chair. The hotel need serious cleaning. I just stay there 2 nights (Apr28-29). Nasty!”
