“When we arrived it was late nite, the lady in the front was very nasty, rolling her eyes everytime she asked a question she was behind a glass counter and wouldn't speak into the microphone on the glass we couldn't her her. Then she would roll her eyes and had a nasty attitude. Secondly , we booked a non smoking room. When we walk into the room it smell so bad like nicotine and smoke. Plus the top covers from the bed had cigarettes burn holes all over them. I went back to change the room and no one answered the window. It was very late and I drove for hours so I said forget it. Then went to sleep. I woke up with cigarettes smell on my clothes and luggage. It's a good location but front staff sucks.”
