“To get to the room was a mile long or longer walk. Because it’s a discounted price, you are inconvenienced with the room location. I refused to continue walking and hurting my bunyuns. 🤷🏽‍♀️”

“The staff was friendly, room was clean and classy, there was never any hassle from staff. If I needed something, someone brought it to the room. If I needed the room cleaned, I just requested it. Otherwise, they didn’t come knocking on the door every day. On my day of checkout, no one was banging on my door telling me to leave. ”

“Great staff,room and facilities ”

“As I was checking in, I over heard a guy say his toilet wouldn't flush, after I get in my room, go to the casino floor, I come up after midnight 2 shower and realize my toilet won't flush... my wife had to throw up in a garbage can do to the toilet no flushing, not to mention, she already used the bathroom to find out it won't flush... worst experience ever for my birthday”

“This is the first time I have stayed here since it's been Casino Inn. The last time I stayed when it was Best Western, the rooms were run-down & all of the hallways smelled like weed. It is a non-smoking facility now. I am a smoker & wasn't crazy about having to go outside to smoke but the room was so much nicer & smelled amazing & the hallway didn't smell like weed. Big improvement. Definitely worth the money. ”

“The housekeeper just walk in my room and ask was checking out. I was shocked, yell I know you ain't, and she close the door. Then front door call and asked was I checking out.”

“TV did not work ”
