“The stay coincided unfortunately with a major Nor'Easter that created high winds, flooding, and the Ocean's Calling 3-day concert event was even canceled. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating, as we had to cancel our stay. Agoda, on the other hand, had terrible customer service and I will never use them again. It was very difficult to talk to a human, and then they would not consider manual intervention to shift the date given the extraordinary circumstances, simply stating the 'system' would not allow for the change, even though there were plenty of vacancies. I cannot recommend Agoda, given so many other options with better customer support.”
