“Other than a few small minor hiccups, exceptional service. King room is large enough to spread out 6 pieces of luggage and have tons of space left over. Bed just firm enough. Balcony if you want to use it. If you need maintaince in the morning he's fast to come to your room. We asked front desk for housekeeping to just take out the trash and they did a full refresh of the room! Was happily surprised! Never been in a hotel that goes beyond the request. The owner and manager pick the best staff to operate this place. It not surprising it gets such great reviews! Plenty of car parking and truck/bus parking across the street.”

“Hotel was great but could use some improvements. Beds were comfy and room was a bit spacious, but not a lot of walking room. Showers had some grunge but were super relaxing. Breakfast was alright but only issue was there wasn’t a lot of variety. They had yogurt, one waffle maker, eggs, potatoes, and cereal. Other issue was the pool. No spa at all but the pool was disgusting. Had a bunch of tags and leaves at the bottom. But it was a nice area. Also there is birds? So they can be annoying after a bit into your swim. So keep that in mind as you plan your swim trip. Overall the best parts were the room with tv (had a variety of channels) and the staff. :)”

“We booked a room with a king sized bed, a safe and a walk in shower. When we checked in we were told they only have one of those types of room and it was booked. We had booked months ago so they knew what room we had booked. We were not told of no safe when we checked in so when we got to the room allocated it absolutely stunk of dogs so asked for the room to be changed to a non dog room, we went to the new room and found no safe, we phoned reception and spoke to the duty manager, she said she would get one sent up and installed straight away, 15 minutes later we were still waiting so called her again and she then told us that they did not supply a safe in any room! The following morning at breakfast there was a dog in the eating area, not at all hygenic! Breakfast was very limited in choice.”

“I guess this is what we get for $80 per night, nothing special, comfortable bed, good shower, quiet location, near food, pool looked nice, brkfst, room finish quality is 10-15 yrs old ac/heat worked good”

“Guy who runs the front desk told me even I got there to check in that there was a$20 deposit for incidentals. What incidentals? They don't offer anything. The microwave in my room was broken, there were roaches all over the room, an empty 12 pack of beer left over from the last tenants, and the guy stole my deposit and said that I smoked in the room. The floor want even vacuumed when we got there. I stayed only because I couldn't cancel the reservation that I paid for already. I'm pissed the guy stole my deposit for a room that wasn't even worth $20 total. I have to completely wash everything I had in that room because of the roaches. Babies and big ass ones everywhere. Gross. Oh, and a literal piece of feces on the bathroom floor too. Place was disgusting.”
