“I liked a lot about the esthetic and location of this property but the lack of attention to details in the service aspect like picking up dishes in corridors and especially the pool area once the day attendant left made for a sense the property was high cost low value and more pretense than luxury. The staff were nice but they would walk by things and leave them which seems unfortunate.”
