“My hotel stay went very well. Clean room clean hotel staff was great and so was the food ”

“The hotel staff were amazing and super nice with treating and making sure if we needed anything. It was such a great way to start the morning with breakfast and smiles and good morning from the staff. Everything that the room offered more than expected especially with almost a full size fridge and small kitchen. Definitely planning another stay with them. We appreciated the kindness and helpful staff. My husband and I look forward to going back. ”

“They let the hotel security knocking on our door while we're sleeping at 11:40pm and aggresively accused us for doing illegal sh*t because the guard can smell it the hallyway. We said " no we dont do that " barely spoke in English. And the next day, we confront the staff in the reception and they again accused us too that they got the report and not allowing customers to smoke in the hallway. How disrespectful and rude to treat us like we really smoke in the room knowingly that we've been staying here for for total of 20 days - SAME ROOM because of the balcony (so we can smoke cigarettes ) and close to elevator. What a terrible customer service. They staff asked the cleaning lady about the smell, and she said " they never smell it in our room" that time the staff became apologetic. ”

“Quick check-in. Easy parking, although I don't like having to pay for hotel parking in an industrial area, it's not like they're lacking in parking. Rooms clean and comfortable. Stayed next to the elevator, the doors were a bit squeaky and you could hear people, but it wasn't bad at all. And a Starbucks for the morning rush. ”

“Very attentive staff. Kind of hidden away from the road makes it tricky to spot from the road. The "50" freeway faced my room and traffic could be quite load at times. During the night a tear in the air would note a truck's engine brake passage. Breakfast was pleasant and again the staff was very helpful.”
