“My flight arrived five hours before check in time so I requested an early check in. There was no room available at the time. I went shopping for a few hours and I came back to see if any room became available. I was tired and needed to rest so I took the first room that became available. It did not suit my need because there was noise outside my window. I requested another room and Elijah notified me when another room became available so I took it. I was happy and comfortable with the room that I moved into. It was nice and quiet and I slept comfortably.”

“Great for the price. Clean room and comfortable for the price. As other reviewers have said, there are some strange smells. Though we did not smell anything in the room. The breakfast bar was not bad and was well maintained.”

“We stayed there because it was close to the auditorium where we were going to see a performance. It' a 5 minute walk from there. The room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. We also ate at the onsite restaurant. It was good but maybe a little over priced. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.”

“Nice place to stay right outside of downtown Raleigh. Was able to walk to food / bars within 15 minutes. You could also use a public scooter or bike right outside the hotel to get to the restaurant districts quicker.Nice products in the hotel room for a reasonable price. Coffee in the morning was good. Didn't get the opportunity to have a drink at the bar, but it had people in it when I walked by at 10pm. It had a nice ambience. They were advertising a queer country night, but the dates for when I wasn't in town.”

“The staff were great! The hotel was decent, but nothing special. There was no soap or hand towels in our room (but we did get them at the front desk as soon as we asked). There was no breakfast, only coffee. It was the best price around and extremely convenient to the Raleigh Convention Center. It's called the Red Roof Plus, but I'm not sure what the Plus stands for? If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay, right off the highway, and near the convention center, this place will work for you.”
