“This old school hotel is placed among the pine trees in the desert. It’s a very lovely relaxing place to be with nice and respectful staff. I was bummed the pool wasn’t opened but it was just starting to dip below 40 degrees at night when I visited. Very lovely and far away enough from the hustle and bustle but not to far to be an out of way drive. Also they were able to accommodate me though I’m under 21 with a safety deposit. Totally recommend!”

“We arrived at 5.30 and was unable to get in. Fortunately another guest ley us in. No on there but a phone number to call - idel if you had a working phone . We were able to borrow someone's phone First morning the showe was not very hot. The second morning water was cold we were told it was a,tank issue. Definty over priced”

“I last stayed here 30 years ago and it's much nicer now, even though it was pretty nice then. The location is obviously amazing and the staff was fantastic. My room and bed were comfortable and the lobby coffee in the morning were great as well. ”

“Everything’s ok during my stay, except i got charged $14 for parking spot (2days) while I didnt have a car. Didnt know this until my credit card was charged after I left, only 14 bucks so I didnt bother calling. Breakfast want many choice but it was ok.”

“Overall a good stay. The hotel is a historic hotel built in 1927, so it’s an old hotel. However everything was in working order, and up to standard. Staff are great, beds were comfortable, and it’s a neat hotel. The steak at the restaurant was amazing. No ghosts that we saw, which was a little disappointing. However it’s apparently very haunted. ”

“For the most expensive downtown Prescott hotel, I was expecting much more than the Motel 6 experience. Here is what I got: 1. A balcony, they claimed, was a city view. My view was of the parking lot. 2. The balcony was unusable. If you opened the balcony door, the air in the room was automatically turned off. So I couldn’t even crack the balcony door for a bit of fresh air from the parking lot without the room air shutting off. 2. Their internet connection was very weak, If I could get connected, it couldn’t be maintained for more than a few brief moments. 3. Their furniture was all cheap laminate (recall Motel 6) and there were no towel racks in the bathroom. 4. The cafeteria looking restaurant was one star. The food was inedible and the service was worse. It was always empty compared to the booming restaurants elsewhere in town. 5. The selection of TV channels was extremely limited. I was expecting at least one premium channel. 6. There were no maps or brochures in the room or even at the tiny Motel 6 like front desk. I had to go to another hotel for these. 5. They put two bottles of water in the room,but beware. If you drink them, there will be an extra charge. 7. The room coffeemaker was broken. It took them 2 days to take care of that. If you want coffee from the lobby, there is an extra charge. 8. The room refrigerator is so small and cheap that it’s impossible to chill even one bottle of wine (to drink while you watch their very sorry lineup of tv channels.) If I had been paying Motel 6 prices, which would have been a fraction of the cost of this hotel, these things might have been expected. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. ”
