“Walked into our room after checking in and there was urine on top of the close toilet seat. Asked for another room and in that room there was something splattered on the wall next to the garbage can and when I wiped water off of the counter in the bathroom the towel was so dirty. I had to go and get cleaning supplies l clean our room just to feel comfortable staying there. It was the worst I've ever seen”

“Rude Staff that threatens on calling the police if you dont pay for the following night prior to check out time demanding an answer before it's even check out time. Literally pushed my door open demanding to do a room inspection when asking if we were planning on staying another night before check out time at 11 am which is absolutely disrespectful and super unprofessional. In all my years traveling I've never in my life had this experience at any hotel ever! The most rude women to ever have to deal with especially being an emergency and having to stay there over Christmas with young children due to our vehicle breaking down. Holidays did not matter to this women. She should dress up as the Grinch. ”
