“the room I booked through Agoda was unfortunately in the old part of the the hotel - so not as pictured. It had to single beds, low ceiling and faced the road. The room was still ok. I was given an option to upgrade, but that would have doubled the price I paid. I would book in the future directly with the property to see what room I' m getting. ”
