“Worst experience of my life in a hotel aspect! When we got to our floor it smelled of ashtray and mold. As soon as we opened our room door(416), we were immediately hit in the faces by the smell of mildew and musk. Smelled like a garbage can! Everything was damp and smelled and we couldn't even take our shoes off the carpetwas wet. I have a 4 year old and choose within 10 mins to leave. It a real bad and also a health concern! Never book here.”
