“I really like the staff and they work hard to keep the hotel clean but I saw roaches maybe the customers bring them I don’t know!!! I let them know and they gave me a room upgrade but on my last night I saw roaches maybe. My friend said he saw some people next to use bring a lot of bags and food. I’m not completely done with this hotel but they have to get rid of the bugs!!!! AND FIX THE JACUZZI PLEASE ”

“We booked the room and it was clean. However, there are no amenities at this hotel whatsoever. I could not get the Wi-Fi to work for the first week that we were there at all. I went down to the desk several times and every time I said that I couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work, the response was oh yeah, customers have been having a problem with that. No assistance whatsoever. They told us to call the tech support number, which we did, but that did not help. Finally, after a week, Tiffany behind the desk, who was amazing, knew exactly what we needed to do to fix it and took the time to help us, calling tech support and spending at least 20 minutes on the phone with them and assisting us to finally get the internet working. It was still super super slow, but it was finally working. Tiffany was the best there. Very attentive kind and funny! They have coffee from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. . When you go outside, you are told that you can bring your own chair down from your room if you want to sit. Tasha is very nice and attentive, her employees are all not so much. My husband walked inside ahead of me, and I was smoking a cigarette out front when I realized that I needed to get the room key from him. So I put my cigarette out quickly and threw it in the trash, and walked into the building to catch him, and the employee with long braids, I apologize I don't remember her name, started yelling at me. "There are literally signs right out front that say no smoking within 25 ft of the building! And then you put your cigarette out on the building (only so I could throw it in the trash, not the grass, and not on the building, down on the ground on the concrete) so you were obviously in 25 ft, there are signs everywhere!" She hollered at me in front of everybody in the lobby. I apologized profusely and told her that I was trying to catch my husband to get the key so that I was able to access the door to get to the elevator, and she continued to be nasty. Finally, I firmly said "Okay, I get it enough!" was nice and apologetic and without attitude before that. Her actions were unconscientious. We had continued to reserve the room for at least 2 weeks at that point, and the next morning, we were trying to pay for the room, and the internet, which had just been horrible since we got there, was not cooperating. It was maybe 12:30 and I told her that we were trying to pay for the room. She kept calling and I was trying to pay at this time, but could not finish because she kept calling and calling. Know that we had paid for the room in the morning several times before this without fail. So I was on the phone trying to talk to her and I accidentally hung up because I was getting super stressed, and she came upstairs screaming at me that we needed to pay for the room and I hung up on her, and I apologized again. She called Tasha and Tasha explain to her that we would pay for the room and we were okay, which we did finally. When I went downstairs to tell her that the room was paid for, I was informed that they didn't even have the room that I paid for, because we wanted to move to a room with double beds. So she said so you know if you can just deal with that until a room opens up. And I said do we have any other choice? Her response was shrugging her shoulders. As far as I'm concerned does that not warrant a discount on our room or something? It would have been nice to have been offered something to compensate for the whole Wi-Fi and not having it for over a week at all and them not having a room that we booked after she had the nerve to give me a hard time while I was trying to pay for it. she was nasty to us our entire stay. Mo was a sweetie, too. Just that one woman messed it up a bit for us, the Wi-Fi being crappy, which we were told "most people use their own Wi-Fi or hotspot from their phone." I feel it shouldn't be included if it doesn't work. I won't say that we won't stay here again, the rooms were clean, most of the staff was nice, props to Tiffa”
