“We arrived late in the evening, checked in with no issues. Lift was a bit on the slower side however operated. Room was as expected for the money, we had an issue with the hair dryer not working - resolved by night staff within 15/20 minutes. Aircon unit under window worked, not the quickest yet also not the loudest either. Breakfast was not a vast array of choice however DIY waffles and fruit served our purposes. Denise was lovely sharing stories with our children. Check out is straightforward, well was for us as we had prepaid. ”
