“The general manager at this facility has too many other things to do than be a competent representative and is occupied with being miserable more than being helpful in any way. I waited til 1400 to checkout after attempting to contact anyone who could help get me a copy of receipt for my stay since 1100. I used the telephone a d called the number provided at the abandoned reception area; I mentioned that I had done so. The general manager confirmed she recieved the call but was not 'on property'?.. When I finally located someone to provide documentation of stay; 'erika's she was accusatory of an overstay and was only willing to reluctanyltly print out my receipt and insisted there were no envelopes available in the facility at all. Ultimately when I tried to buy a hat of the Pinedale Hotel and Suites with cash... She said they didnt have any change. The entire front area near the bathroom smelled heavily of recent use. Economically unpleasant. ”
