“Location is really good in Petoskey and breakfast was tasty. Staff could have smiled a bit more and be more pleasant. They were not mid-west friendly like other places in Michigan. ”

“Everything was very smooth and as described at the time of booking. Friendly staff!”

“Okay for the price Nothing to great Place to sleep Nice bed ”

“The staff was very friendly and efficient. They have a freight elevator to move luggage to 2nd floor which was slow but worked great. Sadly the pool was closed but it was because they were doing necessary work so understandable. Our room was very clean but needed updating with some carpet tearing up and some plug outlets loose. Again, we could see they are working on updating. The breakfast had a great offering of hot foods, cold cereals, some cold foods and beverages. I recommend this place.”

“Weve stayed here many times over the years, great location on top of the hill in Petoskey. You will be surprised at the amenties!”

“Super friendly people who took care of us!”

“Love Appletree. Great views form most rooms. Quiet. Nice pool and spa. ”

“No one wants to come on vacation and stay here. Nothing works in the rooms. The appliances your phone the free wifi or tv. You have to wash your own linens and take out your trash plus clean the place and then leave a tip for the cleaner. Horrible mattress, stained sheets. ”
