“So I booked a room at this hotel through this website AGODA and whenever I go to check into my room, I noticed I do not have what I paid for. I paid for a balcony room and I get a window with a view that’s it. There is balcony rooms at this hotel, but that is what I paid for now the problem is is, the receptionist upfront stated that there is nothing that they can do because I booked through a third-party site that I would have to get in touch with that site in order to get the room changed that they put it through the system as a standard room when I didn’t pay for that I paid for a higher end room the black lady upfront was not helpful whatsoever and flat up refused to help fix the issue. I will not no longer be staying at this hotel, nor will I be using this website. ”
