“For those looking for a place to stay that is clean and spacious, then La Quinta in Pearland, TX provides a decent room. The rooms on the ground level, behind the check-in counter, is extra roomy and provides a good set up for those on a business trip looking to get work done. The room is very spacious and provides a full desk as well as a sofa bed and coffee table. The complimentary breakfast is appreciated although I never made it in time as most hot breakfast options were out by 7 am. If you're printing, make sure there's ink in the business center printer; if not, you can always have the front desk print your document out for you. ”

“The little place is really great because for me when coming into your room. You want everything perfectly clean....so am giving a shout out to the housekeeping team. Each individual that I meet from this department is so professional and dedicated. This is very much continued from the front of house. “I had a king suite with a sofa in the room. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and nice bedding. There’s a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Good supply of towels in the bathroom. They serve a simple but hot breakfast daily, which is good. The room had a bit of old musty hotel smell, so maybe deodorizing the carpets or plugins would help mask that. My main complaint is the chair that was in my room. It belonged in the trash and I couldn’t understand how they found it acceptable for paying customers to look at and sit in that disgusting chair to use the desk. It’s obvious to anyone that it should have been thrown away a couple years ago. The staff was friendly and helpful. ”

“It was nice to be able to check out at noon. The location was very easy to get to from the freeway and tollway, and the neighborhoods where we needed to go. The staff was very friendly and always present. The only problem was that our roomin the first floor was right by the back entry door and utility rooms and at a certain part of the mornings, people kept banging doors shut and kept waking us up. ”
