“We like to stay here to visit family who live in neighboring town Paragonah. There are only two places to stay in Parowan. I really like the Mountain View Lodge for convenience. It's right in the city and across the street from the grocery store. The thai restaurant that is in the motel lobby is good and the nearby Pizza Barn is fabulous! They have a decent pool and hot tub, sadly the heat in the pool and hot tub were not working correctly. The pool was COLD and the hot tub was tepid.”

“This hotel is new as of Nov. 2024, and it shows. Perfect, quiet, roomy, comfortable, and excellent friendly staff. A month earlier, we stayed at the Mountain View Lodge down the street when The Valor had no vacancy. Sorry, but The Valor had a better mountain view than the Mountain View, and is much newer and nicer. LOVE LOVE LOVE the spectacular headboard vistas of Monument Valley. Our room was facing the street and we barely heard any traffic, certainly not enough to disturb us. The Mountain View does have a gem of a restaurant adjacent, which The Valor does not, so grab a yummy breakfast there before you leave.”
