She went above and beyond in every way—genuinely caring, incredibly helpful, and always willing to make our stay better. A standout moment was when she provided us with an adapter to charge our car, something we didn’t expect at all. That level of thoughtfulness really sets this place apart. The hotel itself may have a few minor imperfections, but they’re easy to overlook given the overall experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there are several great restaurants nearby that came highly recommended. All in all, a very welcoming and memorable stay. I would absolutely choose this place again on my next trip to Bryce Canyon.”

Only downside to my room was that the shower tub was disgusting. There was mold caked under the bottom edge where it connects with the tub, and the drain wasn’t clear, so I showered in ankle-deep water. ”
