“Arrived on November 23, 2023. The room is old and run down to say the least. I was willing to over look this until on Friday the 24th I opened the cabinet and a roach ran out. I went to front desk and was approached by a very rude staff member asking if I was leaving. Not worth the money or the risk of taking home roaches........”

“I recently stayed at the Catalina. Based on the low rate alone I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was in room 94. The kitchen was nice and the 2 extra queen beds were didn't crowd the space. The chair could have been a little more comfortable but that wasn't a big deal considering everything. The place had a really nice view especially from the second story Terrace which was really cool! Although I didn't use them, they had outdoor grills that were in good condition. It was right across from a beach access which made it convenient to get to the beach. Overall I great stay! ”
