“Positive: Hotel is in an excellent location near Stanford University with lots of restaurants and shops within 5 miles. VTA 22 bus stop is also right in front of hotel. Executive room with steam shower is relatively clean and spacious. Negative: Hotel and room are very dated. Unfortunately, our room smelled old and musty the entire time even with the sliding doors opened. Conclusion: I may stay there again if it's the most economical option but would ask for a more updated room if it's available. ”

“I stay at the Clement for one night and wish I could have stayed longer. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I arrived quite late at night and checked out the next morning. However, they held my luggage for the day and graciously offered me a glass of wine and dinner later that day before I had to head to the airport. The service was excellent! I also really appreciated the heated floors in the bathroom :)”

“Highly recommended! The room was generously sized and incredibly quiet with virtually no noise. The location is perfect, especially if you are coming to Stanford University for meetings or conferences. It’s also extremely convenient being so close to the train station and the vibrant food street with lots of great restaurants. A fantastic stay overall.”

“Thanks to Noelani at the front desk, my stay was comfortable. She always take care me kindly with breakfast, wine in the refrigerator, and other staff. You’re the best! Thank you so much. Hotel is 1 minute away from Palo Alto main street so nothing to be scared even after the night walk. Very clean ,have water server, tasty coffee on the first floor. Price was high because there was a big K Pop concert at stanford. コンサートを見るための女性ひとり旅でしたが、パロアルト中心の治安はよく、メインストリートから１分とすぐなので、コンサートございます22時台に帰る時も危ない雰囲気はなく帰れました。 カルトレインの駅からも5分程度です。 ホテルは清潔で、冷蔵庫がないのだけが玉にキズですが、どうしても冷やしたいものはフロントで預かっていただきました。廊下にお水のサーバーがあり、時差で朝食の時間には起きられなかったので、時間外ですがヨーグルトとジュースを毎日頂いていました。 徒歩30分のスタンフォード大学も大変見応えがありました。”
