“숙박 내내 정말 즐거웠어요. 모든 게 완벽했어요 🥰 모든 직원분들, 특히 엘비스가 정말 좋았어요. 조식 담당 직원분들은 정말 친절하셨어요! 특히 타티아나에게 정말 큰 박수를 보내고 싶어요! 정말 다정하고 진심 어린 마음을 가진 분이세요. 조식도 정말 훌륭했어요. 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶어요!”

“We Stayed 2 Nights without Having heat in the room # 149 , even after informing them and they asked for permission to inter in the room but they didn’t fixe it.”

“Our stay was great at this hotel. Everything was clean. The room had a kitchenette with dishes included. Our only complaint is with the staff. At the time of our stay, when we came back to the hotel, the receptionist was sitting by the fireplace, busy on her phone and didn't acknowledge us but we just ignored it. But then a couple of kids followed us to our room and we're attempting to mess with our door. The kids ran away when we opened the door and we informed the front desk. The maintenance worker helped to see if they could locate the kids but the kids ran off into the desert lot next door. We spoke to management the next day about the situation but they didn't seem to care about their night employee who would rather be on their phone during company time and not paying attention about who comes in/out and also informed us that most of the time they don't lock their front doors after a certain hour. We felt unsafe at night knowing that they let whoever onto property. ”
