“The staff at the bonvoy front desk, he was soooo rude. ”

“I stayed for an extended period however, they don't have extended stay rates, but this is one of the better places that I've stayed. It's nice and quiet. It is conveniently located and has one of the best breakfast Of anywhere i've stayed. My only complaint is they had a promotion and I was supposed to receive a gift card towards my next stay And I didn't receive the promotion”

“Cost for this time of year is very high in the Palm Springs area. But we were celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary, so we took the cost hit. Executive Suite. Clean, comfortable king-size bed, good supportive pillows, no water pressure in the shower. No privacy from bedroom window, anyone on their balcony could look right in to our room. So we kept the curtains closed. Could look straight into other guest rooms from our balcony. If we stay here again, we will request the 3rd floor and/or the Billiards Suite. The Fix restaurant is excellent. Wilma & Fridas is excellent for breakfast. Grill a Burger is excellent. Tommy Bahama is over-hyped. The Living Desert Zoo never disappoints.”
