“훌륭해요, 정말 훌륭해요!”

“Wonderful location, the few people that work there are nice. We went 3 days with no AC. Every time I went to the lobby somebody was complaining about them not having AC or hot water either. this hotel should not have opened until they had everything working properly or only booked the rooms that had working AC. every day they only had one person working both the pool and Oceanside chairs, which are completely opposite of each other. two different occasions people came in our room without knocking with the do not disturb sign in. On top of all of this, even though I buckets are given in a room you cannot get any ice anywhere unless you go down to the bar. So when the restaurants and bar closes at nine you better make sure you got some ice or you won’t have any until the next day. For the money, we expected way better facilities.”

And the staff is incredible - from the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance, everyone is genuinely warm, attentive, and always seems to anticipate your needs before you ask. The service is exceptional, but more importantly, it feels sincere.”

“What a beautiful historic inn in a central location. We called ahead with a question regarding parking as we were arriving early; upon arrival Priscila told us they made getting our room ready a priority and we were able to check in a few hours early. What great service and so appreciated! They have a continental breakfast and snacks available all day. We loved our stay and will be back!”
