“I stayed here with a friend and our kids for a night to go swimming and have a night away. First we were walking to our room and every door was open and dirty. And we’re never shut all night. At one point my three year old ran into a room that was open with dirty stuff everywhere and white powder on the tables. I complained and they said “yeah they’ve been open all day we dk why house keeping never cleaned them or shut the doors”. Then I was on the bed and looked up and there was a literal infestation of lady bugs and stink bugs on the ceiling. 10-15 of them crawling. They put us in the next room which once the heat was on we got three lady bugs in that room. The pool was filled with sand. The jacuzzi was broken. The sauna was broken. The milk in the fridge at the breakfast was five days expired and when I asked the front desk for some I got the same response as the night before “that isn’t my job but I’ll try to find someone”. They did get milk eventually. The bar area was nice. Had decent food. The bartender was kind and attentive. But other than that it was kind of a disgusting experience. ”
