“I couldnt get the hotel wifi with the reason of thunderstorm and all local internet was down but my friends who are staying in Omaha during the same week same time in another hotel can get wifi from their hotels”

“I really enjoyed talking to the staff working the night I stayed. Very Friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were very clean and the view looking downtown was pretty amazing. The cleaning ladies were not knocking at our door at 10:45 rushing us out of the room. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.. ”

“The hotel itself is nice. Nice breakfast. Friendly at check in. However there are supposed to be quiet hours 10pm -6am. Someone directly above us either came back or check in and decided to run laps. The floor and walls are paper then. Didn't get to sleep until well after 1:30am before they calmed down. I thought that's ok I can just sleep in. NOPE the bulldozers outside divided to start at 6:30 am. So if you want somewhere to sleep avoid this until the constructiom is done!”

“I'll start by saying this: I'm from the NE, and we had a whole different perspective on how we evaluate things like this than in the Midwest. We're a little bit more critical, a little more harsh, a little less accepting of things that don't work out. The Even Hotel is a very nice facility. For the most part, the staff was friendly. I had that typical Midwest smile. That seems painted on, but may or may not be sincere. I had a couple of issues with the billing when I got here. But they gave me pushback on it, and I didn't appreciate it. Also, the pool that they show. on their site. It should come with a disclaimer that the pool is a family pool and that the deepest part is 3 feet. barely covers your shins. The coffee. The machine didn't work in my room. None of the lights did. I called the front desk. I was told you'll have to call back. I'm busy. I did. No one answered. I stayed at the Cambria Hotel here in Omaha frequently. Only a little more money, but it's a national chain and very good. My recommendation would be that it be your first choice. The Even hotel is fine. But like I said, not what I expected.”

“The hotel is easy to get to and within short driving distance to Old Market, the zoo, etc. The staff was friendly, good breakfast and the indoor pool was heated which was so nice! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend!”
