“My husband and I enjoyed many aspects of this boutique hotel. The amenities were top-notch, the staff was delightful, the room was well appointed and very clean! We arrived after dark, so we could not see outside our window. We were startled when a train whizzed by! Wow! A total of four trains went by during our stay... only one while we were sleeping. Yes, we were startled awake by the train but quickly fell back to sleep in the comfy bed. Next time, I will know to ask for a room on the other side of the building!”

“Hotel is good for overall, but it can be better if the hotel can make an easy access to free internet and better speed. Beside that, the water will be good to be free for all guests and not a limited to member club”

“Unless you call them from their front desk phone they won’t come to attend you! The person would be sitting in the next room and I am sure they know someone is at the front desk to check in or check out but they won’t come out unless you call! There is no coffee maker in the room, when I asked for it the person literally handed me the coffee maker! She gave me one cup, two coffee sachets and no creamer. They say breakfast is free when you go down at 6:30 to grab some there isn’t anything and unless you tell them they won’t replenish it! There was no coffee and when they brought in some fresh coffee they ran out of creamer! They didn’t even have it back in the store. It says no smoking in premises, but I seriously doubt that, because when you walk in their corridor you can smell it! The bellman’s cart on the third floor is right outside the elevator, what would anyone put it there and it remained there throughout the entire time of my stay. ”
