“Nice room good value. Clean cmosr to everything ”

“This hotel is subpar by Best Western standards. From the moment you enter the lobby it is obvious that the place has recently changed hands, and the current ownership group does not seem to be making progress in bringing the facilities up to modern standards. Everything looks old… plastic housings are all yellowed, the room reeked of paint from half-assed, ineffective efforts to just cover up worn down interiors (instead of making the investment in updating the rooms). Light bulbs in the room were mismatched brightnesses and tints. The sink had no drain plug (just a rusty stem). The foot rest was missing one leg. The sheets and curtains had stains on them (gross). The walls… every wall in the room… had stains and dents and marks (of many different colors) that had somehow escaped the efforts to paint them over. And as a bald man.. so nauseating to close the shower curtain and have clumps of long dark hair fall into the tub. The other three walls of the shower… had not been scrubbed… recently or ever??? Hairs of different lengths and colors were randomly clinging to the higher walls of the shower, and beneath them were yellowing stains from residue buildup in an unscrubbed tub. I travel a lot and choose lodging based on overall customer ratings… cannot wrap my head around the “excellent” score that this place currently holds. Couldn’t wait to get out of the room to get my body off of the sheets and fresh air into my sinuses. Showered first thing after I returned home.”

“Very disappointed with our stay. We stayed for 2 nights, and the first night was unacceptable. When we were about to go to bed, we discovered the bed linens were soiled and had a terrible odor. We had to contact staff but they gave us extra bed sheets instead of changing it The next day, we were told there was no room service available because of a staffing shortage. For a large Hilton hotel, that's simply not acceptable. Guests shouldn't have to deal with basic services being unavailable. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and we will not be staying at this hotel again.”
