“Breakfast- great! Staff- great! Cleanliness- satisfying! Price- good! I ordered this room for my family to enjoy the pool and staycation, as too I was arriving late to town. I normally walk the room but this time I didn’t have the chance. My flight landed around 11:45pm and I had a very long day looking forward to the shower. Things I like: hygiene products and cleanliness. Things that were very disappointed: shower curtain is to short and water escapes no matter what; shower head is low even at top of slide bar ( I’m 5’8”); the shower switch is broke on tub faucet, I needed to mess with it extensively to get shower running and stay running; and not a big deal but a safety bar has been removed from wall or torn out and never replaced. After I got past the shower situation the bed was great, as was, the breakfast. My children loved the pool but were cold which I guess could be expected. Recommendation: Raise slide bar atleast a foot, I’m short it was barely at face level at its highest. Lower shower curtain or replace with longer shower curtain, there is visible water damage on lower wall. ”

“I booked for the location and it was nice and quite. The pool was out of order and that was one of the main factors i chose this hotel. The other was the breakfast but it was not appealing we walked into their little dining room and we hardly saw anything . The only real issue but it wasnt so much an issue is the remote did not turn on the TV i had to get up to turn off and on the TV ”

“It's a quiet hotel, no problems with noise or being bothered. For the price you pay, it's worth it. I recommend upstairs in the second building, in my opinion it's the cleanest of all. ”

“I booked this reservation thru Agoda.com, a booking site known for good pricing and a wide range of services. The Hampton Inn & Suites Conference Center is a newer hotel in an area populated with both restaurants and shopping and only 10 minutes to the Riverwind Casino. When we arrived on a cold and rainy evening, we were pleasantly surprised to find a large free coffee and hot chocolate bar in the lobby for guest use. We were greeted by a well mannered pleasant staff member, submitted a credit card for any incidentals and went up to our already reserved King bed on the top floor, which was a very quiet location. The room includes a refrigerator, safe and a single sink in the large shower only bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided in dispensers in the shower and Netflix is included on the tv, along with a big sofa style chair that was super comfortable. The King bed was comfortable and included 2 flat and 2 fluffy pillows. I always bring my own anyway. The complimentary breakfast from 6-10am was very good and included scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal with toppings, 2 types of scones, bread for toasting, waffle making, yogurt, individual boxed cereals, coffee, and multiple juices. The hotel offers a pool and a gym. We found the customer service to be excellent and overall, had a very nice stay. We would definitely stay here for all future trips to Norman, Oklahoma. ”
